Yönetim kurulu, genel kurulca 5 asıl ve 5 yedek üye olarak seçilir ve seçimden sonraki ilk toplantısında görev bölüşümü yapar.
The board is elected by the general assembly as five full and five substitute members, and divides duties at its first meeting after the election.

Denetim kurulu
Board of auditors
Denetim kurulu, genel kurulca seçilen 3 asıl ve 3 yedek üyeden oluşur ve derneği yılda en az bir kez denetleyerek sonuçlarını yönetim kuruluna ve genel kurula sunar.
The board of auditors consists of three full and three substitute members elected by the general assembly. It audits the association at least once a year and reports to the board and the general assembly.
Kurucular Kurulu
Founders’ Council
Derneğin kuruluşunda yer alan kurucu üyelerden oluşur. Kuruluş ilkelerinin korunması, uzun vadeli vizyonun sürdürülmesi ve yönetim organlarına danışmanlık yapılması için kurulmuştur; yılda en az bir kez toplanır. Kararları bağlayıcı değildir, görüş ve önerileri dikkate alınır.
Made up of the founding members. It exists to protect the association’s founding principles, sustain its long-term vision and advise its governing bodies, and meets at least once a year. Its decisions are not binding, but its views and proposals are taken into account.
